We can give you a 50% refund if you ask for it before the 1st of May.

After that there will be no refunds though you can give your ticket to someone else.

The reason is we need to guarantee numbers so we can cover all our costs and salaries that we pay.

If, however, in the unlikely case that the festival is cancelled then of course you’re entitled to a full refund.
